Liz grew up in Dallas, PA and graduated from Quinnipiac University in CT in 2020 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a minor in nutrition. Growing up playing a wide variety of sports, she knew she wanted to go into a health science/fitness related field. Liz completed a variety of clinical rotations along the east coast, primarily in orthopedics and sports medicine. She enjoys working with athletes of all ages as well as Crossfitters / weightlifters to allow them to keep doing what they love. She has expanded her skill set with courses such as dry needling and the barbell rehab method. In her spare time, Liz enjoys CrossFit, relaxing at the beach, trying out new wineries and spending time with her friends/family.
